George C. Mouse is the son of Timothy Q. Mouse and Miss Kitty Mouse from an alternate timeline.
Backstory[]
In an alternate timeline, cartoon characters are essentially actors in their own films and shorts. Whether the events they help put on screen actually happened or not is somewhat of a subject of debate, varying from Toon to Toon.
For Timothy Q. Mouse, the events of Dumbo more or less played out the same as they were depicted in the film. Wanting to share Dumbo's story with the world, outside just the traveling circus, the mouse set out for Hollywood to try to make a pitch to the Disney Studios. Timothy ended up being one of the first Toons to ever represent another Toon for a project, something that was almost unheard of at the time.
